These terms govern your use of ekaaweaves.in and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Ekaa Weaves is operated from Bareilly, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Ekaa Weaves.
2. Products
- All sarees on the site are handloom or hand-crafted pieces sourced directly from weaving clusters across India. Small irregularities in weave, dye, and finish are part of the craft, not defects.
- Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor calibration, photography lighting, and natural variation in hand-dyed yarn.
- Stock counts are shown live where possible. In rare cases an item may go out of stock between the time you place the order and the time we pack it — in which case we will refund you in full and notify you immediately.
3. Pricing & taxes
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. The GST split is shown on your invoice.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A ₹50 Cash-on-Delivery fee applies on COD orders below ₹999.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed when you place the order.
4. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send the order-confirmation email / WhatsApp message.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if there is a pricing error, or if the shipping address is outside our serviceable area.
5. Payment
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. The Razorpay-powered online payment option (UPI / cards / netbanking) lands in Phase 2 — see the homepage for the current methods.

7. Exchanges & refunds
- See our Refund & Exchange Policy. Briefly: 7-day exchange on unworn sarees, original tags intact, original packaging.
8. Intellectual property
All product photos, descriptions, and the Ekaa Weaves brand mark are our copyright. You may not republish or use them commercially without written permission.
9. User content
If you tag us on Instagram or share a review, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost that content with credit. You can ask us to take it down any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
