Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every saree you buy from us. Here's how exchanges and refunds work.

1. 7-day easy exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery on all unworn sarees, provided:

  • The original tags are intact.
  • The saree is in its original packaging.
  • The fall and pico (if any) have not been stitched.
  • The blouse piece is unworn and unstitched.

To start an exchange, WhatsApp us at +91 96068 37144 with your order number and a short reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address at no extra cost (most metros and tier-1 cities).

2. What can be exchanged for what

  • A different size in the same product (subject to stock).
  • A different colour in the same product (subject to stock).
  • A different product of equal or higher value (you pay the difference via COD on the new dispatch).

3. What we cannot exchange

  • Custom-stitched blouses.
  • Sarees with fall/pico already done by your tailor.
  • Items returned without original tags.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
  • Items damaged after delivery (stains, perfume, body oils).

4. Refunds

For v1 we operate exchange-first. Direct cash refunds are issued only in two cases:

  • The item you ordered is out of stock when we go to dispatch. Refund issued by NEFT to the bank account you specify on WhatsApp, within 3 working days.
  • A manufacturing defect that we cannot replace from stock. Refund issued by NEFT within 5 working days of the saree reaching our warehouse.

Once online payments launch in Phase 2, prepaid orders will be refundable to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of pickup.

5. Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged saree or the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos / video. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item, or refund in full β€” your choice.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing it) β€” WhatsApp us with the order number. Once dispatched, the 7-day exchange window applies instead.
