Shipping Policy

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1. India shipping

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999: flat ₹49 shipping fee.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most pin codes in India, with a ₹50 COD handling fee on orders below ₹999. Some remote pin codes (North-East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar) are prepaid-only — we will notify you on WhatsApp if that's the case for your address.

2. International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery times depend on your country and the weight of the package. WhatsApp us at +91 96068 37144 with the products you want and your full address — we'll share a shipping quote before you confirm the order.

  • Typical international delivery: 7–14 working days via India Post International / DHL / FedEx.
  • Any customs duties / import taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later go out the next working day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation by WhatsApp / email with a tracking link as soon as the courier picks up the package.

4. Logistics partners

We dispatch primarily via Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, and DHL (international). The exact courier is chosen automatically based on serviceability and delivery time to your pin code.

5. Tracking

A live tracking link is shared on the dispatch confirmation. If your package is stuck or you have not received an update for 48 hours after dispatch, WhatsApp us and we will chase it for you.

6. Undelivered packages

If a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they will retry up to 2 times. After that the package is returned to our warehouse. For COD orders this counts as an order cancellation; for prepaid orders we will redispatch once you confirm a fresh time / address.
